Star Citizen
The Drake Kraken Light Carrier vs
Drake Galleon Revenant Fleet Carrier
A Comparison...
In the montage of early 2017 Kraken designs, there were 2-3 looking similar to the 2015 Drake Galleon Revenant Fleet Carrier.
The Kraken (260 x 104 x 64) is a bathtub toy by comparison to the Revenant Fleet Carrier (1000 x
x ). The Kraken normally has a complement of 8 aircraft of varying roles. In a pinch, one can squeeze 20+ aircraft aboard. Kraken also has a small complement of Dragonfly snub craft.
The Revenant Fleet Carrier has multiple deployed fighter & bomber squadrons, as well as several support squadrons, 460 – 700 crew, embarked squadron personnel, and embarked troop complements, which is on par with the Bengal
Carrier & the Man-O-War. Much rather have the Revenant.
Please note the Revenant true scale shown in the Big 3 photo below.

the Carrack is "tiny" by comparison when shown in true scale.

Although not officially in the game, nor listed on any official list of Star Citizen ships. The Drake Galleon, Revenant Fleet Carrier does have significant Star Citizen/CIG developmental history from the 2014-16 timeframe. Revenant also has legitimate Star Citizen lore in the game from the same time period. In SC Lore the Revenant(s) is/are reported to have been seen in both lawless areas and in uncharted space.
ePhalanx 15 WIP is (one of) the designer(s) and the WIP 'group' is/has been instrumental in the development of several current star citizen spacecraft.

Several threads of discussion on Discord and Reddit have periodically noted the need for additional capital-class warships. The need for additional warships has been noted for the health of the game. Some of these discussions have flat-out stated that Star Citizen will need additional capital-class ships of varying configurations and additional warships. Some have specifically called for at least 1-2 other fleet carrier-class ships for the game.
However, things evolve in Star Citizen. Should the game ever make it out as a fully published MMORPG. It is in the best interests of the game, its fanbase & players, and the game-playing public at large, that more capital-class ships be a part of the makeup - including the infamous Revenant Fleet Carriers.
